The Stubaital stretches out like a network of hiking trails, tailor-made for all ages, fitness levels and weather conditions. Explore leisurely walks in the Rose Village, discover easy tours at medium altitude or follow themed trails such as the Wild Water Trail and the Stubai High Trail. Biking

More than 700 kilometers and 13,000 vertical meters of trail network in the Stubaital make every biker’s heart beat faster. Mountain bikers benefit from interactive maps and QR codes that make navigation easier.

Adrenaline kicks await downhillers on the two single trails in Bikepark Tirol in nearby Wipptal. The entire Stubaital can be explored by e-bike, thanks to eight special e-bike routes with rental and battery stations. Look forward to an unforgettable biking experience!

Climbing

Climbing is no longer a niche sport – in the Stubai Valley you can experience the perfect answer! Experience fascinating climbing fun with bolt-secured multi-rope routes in the Schlick and around the Franz-Senn-Hütte. Discover a variety of alpine climbing routes for unforgettable adventures!

Paragliding

The unique thermals and breathtaking scenery make the Stubai Valley a popular destination for paragliders and hang-gliders. The local flying schools offer taster courses, paragliding courses and tandem flights. Stubay
promises a variety of water fun, in summer even with an outdoor pool and a first-class sauna area.

The banks of the Ruetz or Kampler See are just the thing for a quick dip in the water or simply to cool off.
